Concealed Hinge Drilling Marking Jig
A very simple accurate jig for pilot drilling/marking for concealed hinges
This is a double sided jig
The jig enables you to mark or drill holes for standard cruciform base plates
The holes are set 37mm back from the front edge of the carcase at 32mm centres
Then turn it over and mark the centre spot for drilling the boss hole
centres for 26mm and 35mm bosses can be marked
Method of use:
Mark centre lines of hinges and hinge base plates on doors and carcase
Align jig on carcase and mark or pilot drill for straight or cruciform plates
Align jig on door and mark centre point for 26mm or 35mm boss hole
