These are the traditional metal ball castors also known as Browns
50mm diameter ball
supplied with socket
Height when fitted 56mm
Socket fixing castors simply fit into the existing hole in the furniture.
Sometimes the socket may be a little loose in the hole,
as long as the frame is not split where the socket fits
you can glue in a few thin slivers of wood to wedge it in firmly,
then simply push in the new castor.
